Hi, I’m Chrissy — former Division I field hockey player, longtime college coach, busy mom and wife, and someone who’s always just tried to do what works when it comes to staying active and feeling good.

The Everyday Hustle isn’t about perfectly curated outfits or overthinking it. It’s about real-life finds — the workout gear I actually reach for, the athleisure I end up living in, and the home fitness stuff that makes it easier to stay consistent. If it’s here, it’s because I’ve used it, like it, and it holds up in a busy, active life.

After playing at a high level and coaching for 20+ years, I’ve picked up a lot along the way about health, fitness, and what actually helps you perform and feel your best — without making it complicated. That includes how I approach food, too — simple, realistic meals and go-to recipes that fuel busy days without being overly strict or time-consuming.
