Why Adjustable Dumbbells Are Perfect for My Busy-Mom Fitness Routine
One of the biggest shifts I had to make after my years as a Division I athlete and college coach was learning how to train efficiently.
Back then, workouts were scheduled, structured, and often lasted hours. Now, as a working mom with a five-year-old, my workouts usually happen in 20–30 minute windows at home.
